Robert Vohra Attorney Holds Life & Health Insurance Licenses In Virginia

Robert Vohra attorney is a highly professional individual with extensive experience in transactional law, domestic and international law, and general corporate representation and litigation on the behalf of clients involved in commercial enterprises. In this capacity, he drafted private placement memoranda for exempt transactions and offered a range of services related to compliance with SEC’s reporting requirements. He also took part in a case challenging the constitutionality of New York’s franchise tax under the foreign commerce clause. He was successful in securing a sizeable settlement from a national bank on a breach of trust case, and procuring the reversal of NASD de-listing order for one of his clients.

Robert Vohra attorney is a well qualified individual, having received his Juris doctorate and Master of Law degree (Taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. He holds life and health insurances in Virginia and is admitted to the New York, California and District of Columbia Bar.
